At the same time, we would like to ask the guests who already have the reservation with us to “voluntarily give up the reservation” in case they are experiencing high fever, respiratory symptoms including coughing and smothering, or other symptoms including muscle pain and fatigue. 

Please be advised that, unlike the standard practice of the hospitality industry, all staffs at our ryokan wear masks to serve you. This is to protect the health of our staffs as well as to prevent the further spread of the disease to our guests via the staffs.
